The Kawasaki Ninja Winter Test Edition

The Kawasaki Ninja is widely regarded as the most successful range of supersport bikes. The name itself has become synonymous with sportbikes, with even non-enthusiasts referring to any sportbike as a Ninja. The Ninja ZX-10RR continues to be one of the most competitive machines in the Superbike World Championship.

To celebrate this success, Kawasaki has introduced a highly limited edition version of the Ninja ZX-10RR called the Winter Test Edition. This edition is extra special, with only 25 units ever being produced. Each bike has been meticulously designed and prepared by the WSBK Kawasaki Racing Team (KRT) technical department, meeting the team's high standards.

The lucky owners of the 2024 Winter Test Edition will receive a bike adorned with a livery similar to the WSBK KRT Ninja Winter Test bike. The bike also features a numbered plate on the tank protector and an Akrapovic exhaust system. Additionally, owners will receive a two-person VIP pass to attend any 2024 WSBK round of their choice. This pass grants access to the paddock, Kawasaki Racing Team hospitality and boxes, a guided tour of the KRT Box, and the opportunity to meet Team Green's racers Alex Lowes and Axel Bassani.

Aside from the special perks and added features, the ZX-10RR Winter Test Edition is already an impressive machine. It boasts a 998cc, liquid-cooled, fuel-injected, inline-four cylinder engine that delivers 214 horsepower. With 82.5 pound-feet of torque, the bike offers exceptional acceleration and an exhilarating top end.

Additional features include a comprehensive suite of electronics such as a quick shifter, traction control, and cornering management. The bike also includes an Ohlins steering damper for maximum control, built-in cruise control for better road-going capability, and a large, full-color TFT display to keep track of vital ride statistics.

As expected, a bike of this caliber comes with a premium price tag. The ZX-10RR Winter Test Edition has an MSRP of 33,000 euros, equivalent to about $35,532 USD at the time of writing. Only 25 units will be available for purchase, with 10 reserved for the French market. It is currently unknown if this bike will be available in the United States.
